Forest Spring 2018

April 29, 2018 was a wonderful sunny day, even though it had looked different in the morning. The BVSO had invited for the "Forest Spring 2018" on the castle and many, many people accepted this invitation.

The topic of forest and nature manifested itself in lectures on near-natural gardens, the rolling forest school and the presence of the birds of prey of the Wildparks Potzberg falconry. Many adults with their children were very fond of the owls, which could also be kept on the forearm.

Many high-quality products from local production were offered at many stands, ranging from homemade jams to woodwork. As always, the food was well taken care of. The BVSO offered food and drinks at four booths. In addition, the specialty Flamed Salmon was offered by a local provider, a delight that was praised by many guests. In addition, various fine wines of the local wine trade WINElight could be bought on the terrace .
